Pettingill Apple Very low winter chilling requirement, about 100 hours. Chance seedling discovered near Long Beach, CA, introduced in 1949. Pink Lady® Apple Hot climate apple from Western Australia. Very crisp, sweet tart, distinct flavor, good keeper. Skin reddish pink over green when ripe. White flesh resists browning.
